Hello Globetrotter,

  When I was young, I had a dream to explore the world.   But  at that time this was not possible for East-Germans. Now the world are open and the rapid development of digital cameras, and the internet make it possible to share the impressions. I give not so much travel facts because the world changed so fast, in a strange manner in the developing countries, like China. In 2003 the Bita Lake, near Jinghong in Yunnan, was untouched. Only hourses can go there. In 2006 thousands of people daily come with buses. A picture says a thousand words, so have a look, have fun !
