Jungle

Malaysia is a tropical country with warm and humid weather all year long. Temperatures range between 22 to 32 °C with 80 % humidity. 60 % of the land is occupied by jungle. Just 22 km north of the bustling capital KL lies Templers Park. The rainforest reserved here is believed to be at least 130 million years old. It offers a beautiful view of nature and fascinating waterfalls.

Only 16 km northwest of KL is the Forest Research Institute of Malaysia where you can also experience the wonders of a tropical rainforest. There are jungle trails, and a walkway canopy high up in the trees.

In Genting Highland, only about an hours drive from KL, you could experience the 30 minutes Skyway Cable car over the rainforest.  On the end, on the top of the Highland, you wake up from the rainforest dreams between large hotels, a theme park, and the only casino in Malaysia is located right here. More is not to see for a nature lover in this destination.
